Cabin Cuisine-Prime Rib Soup and Salad

Just playing around here with the mobile app. Thought I would try a quick post with a picture. Took the leftovers from the amazing prime rib last night and made soup and salad.


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb leftover prime rib quite rare

  • 3 heads of bella mushrooms

  • One serving of cup of soup ramen noodles

  • 1/8 stick butter

  • Sea salt

  • Fresh ground black pepper

  • Bowl of premade tossed salad

  • Little chunk of diced cheese

  • A couple splashes of Worcestershire sauce


Steps:

  • Slice and cook mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, and butter

  • Sear and season beef/mushrooms

  • Boil water and make the noodles

  • Put half the beef and mushrooms on the salad and the other half in the noodles

  • Add cheese

  • Enjoy
